해당 메시지는 파일이나 디렉토리가 없어서 열기에 실패했다는 오류 입니다.

스킨 또는 워드프레스의 문제는 아닌것같구요.

/kboard/skin/ocean-gallery/list.php 해당 경로에 파일이 있어야 합니다.

다른 스킨으로 설정했을때 문제 없다면 ocean-gallery 스킨을 잘못 설치 하셨을 가능성이 높습니다.

올바른 경로로 스킨을 옮겨주셨는지 확인 부탁드려요.
