안녕하세요 kboard에서 play-video 스킨 사용하고 있습니다.

원래는 정상적으로 잘 사용이 됐는데 한 2-3주 전부터 갑자기 영상이 안보이는 증상을 확인했습니다.

현재는 모든 비디오가 아래 캡쳐 이미지처럼 영상 하단 바만 보이고 영상은 보이지 않습니다.

또 비디오 하단 바에서 크게보기 버튼을 누르면 영상은 제대로 출력되고 있습니다.

kboard가 설치되지 않은 페이지에서 동영상을 업로드 해봐도 똑같은 이슈가 발생합니다.

그런데 웃긴것은 kboard가 설치되지 않은 페이지에서 클래식 에디터가 아닌 블록 에디터를 사용할 경우 영상이 제대로 표시됩니다.

하지만 kboard는 클래식 에디터를 사용하니 꼭 이 이슈를 해결해야만 합니다.

제가 호스팅업체에 문의를 한결과 다음과 같은 답변을 받았습니다.

After a thorough investigation, it seems that the issue is coming from the KBoard as when the website is loading the video itself is loaded without blockage: https://take.ms/PaLrh

Only after that, it is being shrank or hidden.

When the theme is changed to a default one, the video is available.

This leads us to think that there is either a conflict between the theme and KBoard or some settings in one of them need to be changed so it can load properly.

As for jQuery not being defined, this only shows up if the theme is the default one.

When the theme is set to GeneratePress the error is not there: https://take.ms/fxd6e

I would advise you to contact a developer to go through the settings or contact the plugin and theme support to look more in-depth into the issue.

해석하자면, 해당 이슈는 kboard로 발생하는 것으로 보인다는 것인데요.

처음에는 제대로 노출이 되었다가(https://take.ms/PaLrh)

바로 수축되면서 영상부분은 숨겨진다는 것입니다.

제가 현재 genereate press 테마를 사용 중인데 twenty-twenty two와 같은 워드프레스 기본 테마를 이용할 경우에는 문제없이 영상이 출력되지만,

generate press테마나 기타 3rd party 테마를 사용할 경우 해당 이슈가 다시 발생합니다.

제가 jQuery 에러가 뜨는것 아니냐고 물어봤는데 그렇지는 않다고 합니다.

해당 이슈 해결해주실 분을 구합니다.
