- 새친구 : 새친구는 새친구반에서 3주 교육하며, 아이를 파악하고 복음을 전달한다. 3주간 출석한 아이는 아이의 성향에 따라 최적의 반에 편성하도록 한다.
- 광고 : 담당자(위원장)는 아동들에게 전달해야 할 내용을 자료(화면, 이미지 등)를 준비하여 짧게 전달한다. 필요에 따라 교육도 실시한다. 전달할 때는 혼내는 방식으로 하지 않는다.
3) 분반공부(목양)
- 주중심방 : 교사는 주 1회 이상 전화 등의 방법으로 신앙 및 건강, 가족상황 등을 점검한다.
- 결석자 관리 : 결석하는 경우 즉시 결석사유를 파악한 후 담당사역자에게 알리며 영적 돌봄이 필요한 경우 적극 심방 등을 진행한다. 결석심방은 당일을 넘기지 않는다.
- 분반준비 : 교사는 분반성경공부 교사용 자료와 그 외 자료(인터넷, 성경주석 등으로 성실히 준비한다. 교육은 아동 연령을 고려한다.
- 교사교육 : 담당사역자는 부서 또는 차세대사역국 주관으로 정기적으로 교사의 성경, 신앙, 교육법 등을 점검하고 교육한다.
10. 사역활성화 : 교사모집, 신임교사 교육, 교사교육 계획을 세우고 차세대사역과 중앙교회 사역 일정과 조율하여 자체 부서행사를 기획하여 진행한다.
